Here’s How To Reunite Us With Our Bottles… And You.
One side effect of COVID-19 was that many our customers were having difficulty returning their empty CommuniTea Kombucha bottles while many of our retail grocery partners temporarily suspended accepting bottle returns. Meanwhile, other customers began having their groceries delivered by third parties who do not handle bottle returns. Unfortunately, though, we are finding ourselves running short on bottles, and because we use such specialized bottles, right now, we are having difficulty locating new ones. But we also know many people have growing piles of empties taking up space in their homes. We have a solution for that!
We welcome you to make a Brewery Appointment to return your empties directly to us at our brewery in a comfortable, lower-stress way. Here’s how it works:
We currently offer 10-minute appointment slots four days each week — Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
Only one customer per appointment slot, so for that 10 minutes, the brewery is all yours.
We schedule a 5-minute buffer between each appointment, to provide additional social distancing between you and any prior or following appointments.
While at the brewery, you can return your empty bottles for your deposit, or you can roll your deposit over to fresh bottles.
