Our Brewery Appointment system began as a Covid precaution but it has evolved! Appointments are no longer required, but they do guarantee we will have the doors open for you as we continue to struggle with limited staffing and variable hours. During Brewery Appointments, you may safely purchase kombucha, SCOBYs and brewing kits, and you may return empty bottles and kegs for credit or cash. Appointments are 10 minutes long max, with a 5-minute gap between each one. Schedule yours below.
