Return Policy

At CommuniTea Kombucha, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service with a personal touch. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Perishable Items:

Due to the perishable nature of our kombucha, we do not offer refunds. However, if you feel you received a damaged or tainted product, we will gladly exchange it for a new bottle or keg. To qualify for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@communitea-kombucha.com or call us at 206-420-6302. We may ask for photographic evidence to help us understand the issue. Any exchange must be done in-person at our brewery at 1409 21st Ave, Seattle, WA 98122.

Non-Perishable Items:

For non-perishable items, we accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date, subject to a $5 restocking fee. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@communitea-kombucha.com or call us at 206-420-6302. Any return must be done in-person at our brewery at 1409 21st Ave, Seattle, WA 98122.

Exclusions:

Please note that this return policy applies only to products purchased directly from CommuniTea Kombucha. If you purchased our products from a reseller, please contact the reseller directly for their return policy.
